JIMBO STEWART

INTERIM PASTOR

JimBo Stewart is a follower of Jesus, husband to his favorite person in the world Audrea, and the father of three amazing kids.

JimBo started out in ministry as a student pastor in Mississippi for 4 years. He then continued his work in student ministry in New Orleans for 6 years.

In early 2014 JimBo and his family moved to Jacksonville, FL for him to serve as the campus pastor of Hibernia at Hyde Park (a replant of Hyde Park Baptist Church) and was the pastor there for 7 years. He successfully lead that campus to full autonomy when it relaunched as Redemption Church.

Currently, JimBo serves as the Associate Director of Replant at the North American Mission Board (NAMB) and as the Replanting and Revitalization Strategist for First Coast Churches in Jacksonville, FL. He is also the co-founder of replantbootcamp.com.

He holds a Doctorate of Ministry in Church Revitalization and a Master of Divinity in Urban Missions, both earned at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

JimBo also loves exploring new places and playing disc golf with his kids. And although a severe allergy prevents him from anything with nuts, he always enjoys beef jerky, especially a Slim Jim.
